ubaji Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and ubaji ("ubaji", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ubaji online gaming platform, including all games, sports betting markets, promotional offers, financial transactions, and related services accessible via ubaji.bio. Please read these Terms carefully before registering an account or using any part of the platform. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not register, access, or use the ubaji platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the ubaji Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. To register and use the ubaji platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ubaji enforces a strict minimum age of 21 for all users. Users who are found to be under 21 will have their accounts closed immediately and any winnings will be forfeited.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party, and you must not be a corporate entity.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are subject to any legal restriction that prevents you from entering into binding contracts, you are not eligible to use the platform.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order at ubaji or any other gaming platform with which ubaji has a mutual recognition arrangement.
• You must not be depositing funds that originate from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other illegal source. ubaji complies with applicable anti-money-laundering requirements and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.

2.1 Registration

To access the paid features of the ubaji platform, you must register a personal account using your valid mobile phone number. You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. You may not register using a false identity, a name other than your legal name, or contact details that belong to another person. ubaji reserves the right to verify any information you provide and to close or restrict an account where the information provided is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the ubaji platform. Holding more than one account — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in:

• Immediate closure of all accounts held by or associated with the individual.
• Forfeiture of any balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals held in the duplicate account(s).
• Potential reporting to relevant authorities where the creation of multiple accounts appears to be connected to fraudulent conduct or money laundering.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ubaji will not be liable for any loss arising from the unauthorised use of your account where such use was made possible by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You should contact ubaji support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

3.1 Deposits

The following terms apply to all deposits made to your ubaji account:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit set by ubaji, however your payment provider may impose its own transaction limits.
• ubaji accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfer from Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Accepted methods are subject to change and the current list is displayed on the deposit page within your account.
• You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts not registered to you, or anonymous payment sources are prohibited and will be reversed where possible.

3.2 Withdrawals

The following terms apply to all withdrawals from your ubaji account:

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, or to a verified account in your name. ubaji does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed within 15 minutes on average. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on banking processing times.
• ubaji does not charge a withdrawal fee. Standard charges applied by bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or your bank per their own fee schedules are outside ubaji's control and will apply as normal.
• ubaji reserves the right to request identity and source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard KYC compliance requirement and is not directed at any individual user personally.

ubaji offers bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing registered users. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus will be stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms before the bonus is accepted. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been satisfied.
• Bonuses expire within the time period stated in the applicable promotion. Unused bonus funds and any winnings generated from them will be forfeited upon expiry if the wagering requirement has not been met.
• ubaji reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time where there is evidence of abuse, collusion, technical exploitation, or any attempt to gain an unfair advantage.
• Only one bonus may be active on an account at a time. Selecting a new bonus before the active bonus wagering requirement is complete will cause the active bonus and its associated winnings to be forfeited.
• Bonuses are personal and non-transferable. They may not be exchanged for cash or transferred between accounts.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ubaji platform. Any user found to have engaged in any of the following will be subject to immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering or using the platform when under 21 years of age, or allowing a person under 21 to access an account held in your name.
• Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one account, whether under the same or different identities.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal source.
• Using any software, algorithm, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the platform in a way not intended for ordinary human users, or to gain any advantage in games.
• Colluding with other users to influence game outcomes, sharing account access for the purpose of coordinating bets, or engaging in any form of match-fixing or event manipulation.
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or system malfunction on the ubaji platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings gained as a result of a technical error are void and will be reclaimed by ubaji.

All content on the ubaji platform — including but not limited to the ubaji brand name and logo, the platform's visual design, user interface layout, page text, graphics, icons, software code, game integrations, promotional materials, and any other creative or technical assets — is the exclusive property of ubaji or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any of the above materials.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ubaji platform for its intended purpose as an end user, in accordance with these Terms. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of any ubaji content without prior written consent from ubaji is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ubaji shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the ubaji platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds resulting from game outcomes; loss arising from platform downtime, maintenance windows, or technical errors; loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to secure your credentials; or any loss of data, profits, or business opportunity. ubaji's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any and all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ubaji account during the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ubaji's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

ubaji is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform enforces a strict 21+ age policy and provides tools to help users manage their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered users on request:

• Deposit limits — you may request a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap on your account. Once set, a deposit limit may be reduced immediately but may not be increased for a cooling-off period as specified by ubaji at the time of the request.
• Cooling-off periods — you may request a temporary break from the platform of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period your account will remain open but you will not be able to place bets or make deposits.
• Self-exclusion — you may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from the ubaji platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. ubaji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where ubaji has reasonable grounds to believe that: the user has breached these Terms; the account is being used in connection with fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity; the user has provided false or misleading information; or any other circumstance arises that ubaji determines justifies restriction or closure of the account in the interests of the platform's integrity or the safety of other users.

Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, any balance in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for any other reason and the user is not in breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the user via their registered payment method after completion of any applicable KYC review.

ubaji reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ubaji will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users in advance — for example by displaying a notice on the platform or by sending a notification to your registered mobile number. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your account by contacting the ubaji support team.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and ubaji, you are encouraged to contact the ubaji support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. ubaji will endeavour to resolve any complaints or disputes fairly and promptly. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to seek resolution through the appropriate legal channels. These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the law applicable in your jurisdiction.
